DELIVERY

Hristo Airsoft Store ships products to 35 European countries; EU, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Macedonia.

VAT is deducted on any order outside of EU.

In case of error or changes to the order (incomplete data, product unavailability, price changes, etc.), we will contact you immediately.

Within the EU, goods are sent through GLS. For other countries, goods are sent through Croatian Post (HP).

You can track your shipment in the system of the chosen delivery company by clicking the applicable logo. Please remember that your shipment may not appear in the tracking system in the first 24 hours after it has been shipped:

Delivery times to EU countries are 1-7 business days, depending on distance. Delivery times to Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia and Montenegro are 4-8 business days. Please note that, if you order from outside of EU, customs procedure may delay the delivery.

It is in the user’s best interest to leave a complete and accurate address, including a valid phone number.

If you expect the delivery, have a ready identification document (ID card, passport, driving license, etc.) and make sure your address is easy to find (street number, name on the door), the doorbell is working etc.

If, upon receiving, the goods have visible damage and defects, do not accept the delivery. Instead, notify the delivery person and contact us immediately.

If you notice goods are missing or are damaged in the package, please contact us immediately.

If a customer refuses the shipment for no valid reason, Hristo Airsoft Store will consider him responsible for any additional cost which may arise.

RETURN

The buyer has the right to claim the purchased product in accordance with applicable law and the warranty period. We recommend that you contact us immediately with any claim, issue or question.

Shiping costs of goods returned will be at the expense of the customer.

In order to qualify for a claim, the customer is required to deliver products in the state in which they were received and in original packaging.

If it is established beyond doubt that the complaint is unfounded or the product has a defect(s) due to improper handling or use, Hristo Airsoft Store is not required to make a refund or provide a replacement. Such product will be returned to the user at his own expense with a written explanation of the reasons for the rejection of the refund request or exchange.

If the request for a refund or replacement is justified, Hristo Airsoft Store will perform it in the shortest possible time.

If you received the wrong product, please notify Hristo Airsoft Store within 8 days. Hristo Airsoft Store will cover all the shipping costs, both for return and new shipment.

If you did not receive the shipment in the expected timetable, please contact us or the shipping company. Be sure to have shipment information ready (order number, tracking number etc.).
