Gatee PicoSSR 3 MOSFET

The metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET, MOS-FET, or MOS FET) is a type of transistor used for amplifying or switching electronic signals.PicoSSR 3 is the smallest MOSFET AEG in the market. Its dimensions are merely 4x6x18mm. Yet it has better electrical and mechanical parameters that its predecessor. Additionally, it is fully resistant to water immersion. It can work with the smallest AEG replicas.
Maximum battery rated voltage is 12.8V.
