The Boker Plus Mini Tracker, designed by Dave Wenger, convinces as an extremely stable outdoor knife with a massive blade made of 1095 carbon steel, which has an excellent corrosion protection thanks to the abrasion resistant powder coating. The custom knifemaker from Michigan already craved knives, axes and swords as a small boy and followed in his grandfather’s footsteps from an early stage in his life. This is how the long-time blacksmith became the teacher of his inexperienced but extremely ambitious grandson, who has now been designing and manufacturing knives full-time for many years. The front-loaded blade of the solid Survival knife has two different grinding planes and is ideal for chopping, cutting, scraping, digging and levering. The optimum balance of the blade thickness and length, as well as the ergonomic shape of the finely textured Micarta handle scales, allow fatigue-free working. Supplied with belt adapter and precisely fitting Kydex sheath, the decorative hollow brass rivet also serves as a lanyard hole.
