Argentina is known throughout the world for its outstanding steaks and its gauchos, who handle the enormous cattle herds in the pampas. Following the tradition of genuine gaucho knives, our knife manufactory Boker Arbolito in Buenos Aires has developed a new steak knife. The unmistakable Gaucho steak knife with its scales of selected guayacan ebony exudes the charm of a premium outdoor knife. One immediately feels the warmth of the camp fire in the vast Argentinian pampas. The included leather sheath of high-grade South-American leather accentuates this feeling of camp fire romance. Just like the sheaths of the traditional gaucho knives, the knife sheaths also do not feature a belt loop but a leather fold on the back to allow the knives to be carried in the waistband. The new Gaucho steak knives will also cut a good figure at a properly set table of a Central European household – that is as long as a decent steak is served.
